Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party named by you (other than the carrier), takes physical possession of the goods (for split deliveries: of the last item).

To exercise the right of withdrawal, inform us – Curly Crab Unipessoal LDA, Avenida do Algarve, Lote 4, Fração D, 8135-182 Almancil, Portugal, e-mail shops@curlycrab.com – of your decision by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter or e-mail). You may use the model form below, but it is not obligatory. Sending your notice before the period expires is sufficient.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we are informed of your decision. We use the same means of payment you used, at no cost to you. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earliest.

You shall send back the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after informing us of the withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to: goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly; sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed after delivery (e.g. unsealed food products); goods that are, after delivery, inseparably mixed with other items.
